About Holisti
Updated 2026-10-08 · Holisti Women's Health Editorial Team
Holisti is an independent research site about women's health in midlife, with a focus on menopause, bladder health and the supplements marketed for them. Our goal is simple: to put public health information and the plain facts about specific products in one place, in clear language.
Who writes Holisti?
Holisti is written by a small independent research team. We are not doctors, we do not run a clinic, and we are not affiliated with any supplement maker. We do not test products in a lab and we do not publish personal trials, testimonials or customer stories.
How are pages researched?
- Health information comes from public sources such as the NIH, NCCIH, NIDDK, the Office on Women's Health, MedlinePlus, the National Cancer Institute and the European Medicines Agency. We link to them so you can read the original.
- Product facts (ingredients, directions, packages, shipping, guarantees and billing) come only from each product's official sales page, order section and posted policies. If a detail appears only in an image or is unclear, we leave it out or tell you to check the official website.
- Contradictions on official pages are reported as they are, rather than smoothed over.
How are pages updated?
Each article shows the date it was last updated. We recheck official product pages and public health sources periodically and revise pages when prices, terms or guidance change.
How does Holisti make money?
Some links are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes what we report about a product. See our affiliate disclosure.
Holisti offers general information only. It is not medical advice. Always talk to your doctor before starting a supplement.
